Hours

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Our phones are answered from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, and 1:00 - 4:00 PM.
Please call during these hours to make or change appointments, to speak to a nurse, or to request a medication refill.

Emergencies

A physician is always available for emergencies. Please call our main phone number 612-333-4822 to reach the on-call physician. As a courtesy to the physician, please be sure that your phone accepts blocked calls. If your phone currently does not accept blocked calls, you must dial *87 before placing the call to the answering service.

We do not refill medication prescriptions after office hours.

Insurance

Women's Health Consultants accepts most major insurance plans. If your insurance requires you to use a specific network you will want to verify this prior to your appointment. Please call our business office if you have any questions at 612-333-4822.
