Women's Health Consultants is a group obstetrics and gynecology practice in Minneapolis, MN. We recognize the autonomy and lifestyle differences of our patients and strive to honor their health care choices. We see our role as that of information source and consultants, while the ultimate responsibility for one's health lies with the woman herself.

We are ten Obstetricians and Gynecologists. All are board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. We are supported by four Nurse Practitioners who specialize in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
As women's health care physicians, we practice general Obstetrics and Gynecology and primary care for women. This includes:
- well-woman care
- contraception
- family planning
- infertility
- routine and high-risk prenatal care
- management of gynecologic problems
- evaluation if incontinence
We perform gynecologic surgery including:
- minimally-invasive surgery
- laparoscopic surgery
- robotic surgery
- incontinence procedures
- operative hysteroscopy
We perform evaluation and treatment of:
- abnormal pap smears
- abnormal bleeding
- endometriosis
- incontinence
We offer in-office ultrasound, laboratory, and obstetrical testing.
We have the ability to perform in-office minor gynecologic surgical procedures such as:
- hysteroscopy
- colposcopy
- treatment for cervical precancers
- hysteroscopic sterilization (Essure procedure)
- treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding (endometrial ablation, e.g., HerOption®)
We admit patients to Abbott-Northwestern
Hospital in Minneapolis. All of our Obstetric deliveries and Gynecologic surgeries
are performed at Abbott-Northwestern.
